Q.  How do I start earning Carvin' Credits?
A.  Simply register for a new Parkway-Sports.com customer account, and the Carvin' Credits are accrued and added to your account automatically after you purchase an item! 

Q.  Are Carvin' Credits redeemable for cash?
A.  Sorry, no.  Carvin' Credits have no cash value.

Q.  When placing an order, can I apply Carvin' Credits being earned on that order toward the same order?
A.  Yes!  Carvin' Credits can be used toward accessories added to the same order.  However, Carvin' Credits being used toward accessories on the same order cannot be combined with other discounts / coupons on that order.  Please contact us on special orders to have credits manually applied.

Q.  Can Carvin' Credits really be used on ANYTHING in the store?
A.  YES!  Carvin' Credits are just as good as cash, and can be applied to ANY future purchase on ANYTHING we sell!

Q.  How soon do I need to use my Carvin' Credits?
A.  There are no time limits!  The great thing about this program is that you don't have to use your Carvin' Credits all at once or right away - you can continue shopping and save your Carvin' Credits, adding more Carvin' Credits to your account with every qualified purchase!

Q.  Is there a max amount of Carvin' Credits I can have in my account?
A.  NO!  Earn and save as many as you'd like and use them when you're ready!

Q.  Are Carvin' Credits transferrable?
A.  YES!  There are two ways of doing so.  Either use your own account to place the order and apply your account points toward that order - or contact us to authorize the transfer, and we will contact your friend/family member to complete the order by phone.
